Meditating on scripture is one of the most important spiritual disciplines in Christian life. Meditating on God’s word leads to a progression of other forms of worship. It lets us to think about how to apply it in your daily life, providing a meaningful link between reading the bible and prayer. Meditating can provide healing and promotes our physical and emotional well being. It permits spiritual fruitfulness and prosperity. Systematic and Disciplined meditation will enable us to understand God’s word, the way HE speaks to us, comforts us, guides us and we learn how to respond accordingly.
Numerous benefits we can drive or else elicit by abiding to the commandment or law of God. I have listed some of the benefits below and there is no end for the list , it goes on depending on the relationship a person has with God. They are
- Eternal Life
- Life filled with prosperity and goodness
- Blessings of all kind
- Prayer answering mode
- Escape from committing sin
- wisdom and wise understanding
- Cleansing us from sin
- We are made holy (maximum possibility)
- Receive warnings
- Serve as a sword against evil spirit and other evil things.
- God’s promise strengthens us
- To perform good deeds
- Nutritious Sp ritual food to grow
- To know the right teaching of the Gospel
The list may be going… But when we rely on God’s word we will be saved.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world,
but to save the world through him”.
John 3:16-17
