We often have difficulty choosing a positive attitude when there is a crisis,a tragedy, or a challenging circumstances. Precisely what we need is a positive attitude and adaptability in the mind-set.
Maintaining a positive attitude in difficult times, demands us to have broad perception and to hang up our erroneous judgments. Our attitude is directly related to our perception and interpretation of events (always in favour of ourselves).
Recognize that all our experiences particularly the most difficult ones – gives us a starting points to learn and to grow in life. It is good to have this understanding during time of crisis. The best way to practice is to use applied faith.

Applied faith means that you are able to have a strong faith (during a difficult time) that there will be something good that will come your way- even if you cannot see it during crisis time.
