Trust in the LORD forever

“Trust in the LORD forever, 
      for the LORD, the LORD himself, is the Rock eternal.” Isaiah 26:4

Enlist your life and all that is bothering you in this world-  

personal, emotional, material ------leave it simply with the Lord.

Do not worry about anything, for you have JESUS as everlasting strength.”I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” Have faith in God.

  “…..it is pleasing when you keep them in your heart 
         and have all of them ready on your lips. 
         So that your trust may be in the LORD, 
         I teach you today, …Proverbs 22:19-20

 Really a  big source of strength to keep  going ahead ….you need faith to sustain you.

     “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes

      to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly

       seek him”. Hebrews 11:6

“In you, LORD my God, 
   I put my trust.

 I trust in you; 
   do not let me be put to shame, 
   nor let my enemies triumph over me.” Psalm 25:1-2

 

Lift all your burdens of life to God in sincerity, with thanks giving and grateful heart, He will never be let down. You know ,He cares for you ,not like humans do.

 

“Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.” Jeremiah 32:17

All authority in Heaven and earth has been given to God Almighty.

Surely you can trust Him with your problems. He is great enough and willing to meet your every day need.

If fear over takes you GO to your Heavenly Father- HE has answer for your problems.

 BE HAPPY IN THE LORD....

 

Do not be afraid;

30 Saturday 2011     Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.

“Though the mountains be shaken 
   and the hills be removed, 
   yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken 
   nor my covenant of peace be removed,” Isaiah 54:10

How did you feel when you have read this verse?

Do not worry-

                        Jesus is there to give you what you lack.

We live in a world that takes advantages over, our desires ,our aspirations, and our dreams .

 We allow our entire minds to be set with a lot of doubts,discouragements, uncertainties, disappointments, depression, discontentment, despair etc  to thrive---  because of the disadvantages we face in our  life and the subsequent results,which reflects on our  activities.

          With God everything is possible but

          for us everything seems to be a unwieldy task.

          learn to be at His Feet to know the real power.

“Be still, and know that I am God; 
   I will be exalted among the nations, 
   I will be exalted in the earth.”

      Try to develop confidence and move forward -,

      Do not see  and compare with others –

 ^“The LORD Almighty is with us; 
   the God of Jacob is our fortress. Psalm 46:10-11

Sometimes, we need some brainpower to realize that some invisible hand, (ie) 

The Lord Almighty - is upholding us and our dealings.

    "So do not fear, for I am with you; 
      do not be dismayed, for I am your God. 
      I will strengthen you and help you; 
      I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

"The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you;

he will never leave you nor forsake you.

Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8

I will go before you

“I will go before you 
   and will level the mountains; 
I will break down gates of bronze 
   and cut through bars of iron. 
I will give you hidden treasures, 
   riches stored in secret places, 
so that you may know that I am the LORD, 
   the God of Israel, who summons you by name”. Isaiah 45:2

Lord promises us that HE Himself will go before us to solve all our problems.

          “My Presence will go with you,  ….Exodus 33:14

 You may face stumbling blocks on the way towards solving your problems.

You may have closed door in all sides and no way to turn around.

Trust God and He will show you the way.

   “……One who breaks open the way will go up before them; 
   they will break through the gate…..” Micah 2:13

Amidst the storm-like situation, you can feel the hand of the Lord protecting and helping you out.

    “Like birds hovering overhead, 
   the LORD Almighty will shield …… 
   ………..and deliver it, 
   he will ‘pass over’ it and will rescue it.” Isaiah 31:5

        What a wonderful experience it will be!

Remember the Lord watches over you. Read these verses:

“I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” Genesis 28:15

“The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 31:8

 

You can do anything when the Mighty power of God is with you.

Do not be afraid or discouraged.

“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” Luke 10:19

 What a appealing Promise.

 

Jesus has given power to His disciples to tread on serpents and scorpions, devils and wicked spirits. The first promise, we read in the Bible, confirms it.

 

“You shall bruise their heads in my name,” Gen 3:15

 

So do not be afraid of the wicked people around you.

Come, set your feet on the necks of the enemies-(devil)

 

“You will tread on the lion and the cobra; 
   you will trample the great lion and the serpent.” Psalm 91:13

 

You can crush all the power of the enemy.

Try to cling on to the power of God, it will ruins the devil’s kingdom.

 Nothing shall by any means hurt you; either serpents nor scorpions,  

Sometimes wicked people may seem to be hissing as serpents, 

and you may happen to dwell  among  them 

and surrounded by people like of 

scorpions –biting and spiting poisons to destroy you.

 

…..do not be afraid of them or their words. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns are all around you and you live among scorpions. Do not be afraid of what they say or be terrified by them….. Ezekiel 2:6

 

They may sketch  evil plans against you, but they cannot accomplish it and hurt you.

     ”they will fight against you 
       but will not overcome you, 
       for I am with you 
       to rescue and save you,” 
        declares the LORD. 

“I will save you from the hands of the wicked 
   and deliver you from the grasp of the cruel.” Jeremiah 15:20

Power belongs to God

“Power belongs to you, God, 
and with you, Lord, is unfailing love”; 
and, “You reward everyone 
according to what they have done.” Psalm 62:11-12

        Power, authority, supremacy, commanding power, ego , supreme domination etc–

        rules the world.-

Nothing progresses,... anywhere and everywhere- in all aspects-.... without power- politics.

starting from home to governmental organization-power and authority takes charge.and often serve as a deciding factor.

       We rarely realize that the Power belongs to GOD

        Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: 
        Who created all these? 
“He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them by name. 
Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is missing”. Isaiah 40:26

          Moreover with filthy power of the world, we can see many evils moving about such as- 

          bias –mindedness, partiality, prejudice, bribery, injustice, preconceived notions  

          discrimination based on caste ,creed and religion,  etc  etc .

          Completely overruling the power of God.

          You have a wonderful GOD who can teach you,

          how to move around and survive in this world.

^“ For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome,   who shows no partiality and accepts no bribes”. Deuteronomy 10:17

Watch for confirmations in the Bible.

“LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, 
   for everything in heaven and earth is yours. 

 LORD, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. 
Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. 
In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. 

 Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name.” 1 Chronicles 29:11-13

 

“The Almighty is beyond our reach and exalted in power; 
   in his justice and great righteousness, he does not oppress”. Job 37:23

   Let us go right into the presence of God

   with sincere hearts fully trusting Him.                      

The Sovereignty of God..

….they will know that I am the LORD. Ezekiel 38:23

      God has a unique way of making himself known to the people who call on him and listen to His words. you have to seek God-  so that you can see the deliverance.  

Our God has done great and marvelous things since ages. No one has done so far or in near future – because HE is Omnipotent.

  “…..the Lord, who does these things, 
things that have been known for ages. Acts 15:17

Never mind if you cannot make out everything, so long as you know that our Creator is the Sovereign Lord, who is still in control, over everything.

you can relax  and walk happily, ’cause God cares for you. 

Trust and obey. There is no other way.

  ”Let all the earth fear the LORD; 
   let all the people of the world revere him”. Psalm 33:8

  “Come, let us bow down in worship, 
   let us kneel before the LORD our Maker; for he is our God 
   and we are the people of his pasture, 
   the flock under his care”. Psalm 95:6

Jesus said…..“With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”Mark 10:27

Nothing is out of reach as long as we can reach our Heavenly Father, and we can. Jesus said,” I am the way”

So,no more boasting about men!.... Look at all thatwe have missed by not looking to God.

”God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ”.

 

 

 

The Sovereignty of God

25-Monday 2011-

“The earth is the LORD’s, and everything in it, 
   the world, and all who live in it; Psalm 24:1

 for he founded it on the seas and established it on the waters.---

 

         Remember we have been purchased not with gold or silver but with the precious blood of Christ.

 

         Our life revolves around Him, who created us and the world we live in. So a lot depends on our attitude towards God’s word and His guidance.

           Anything or anybody you put ahead of God will be left behind. Hence look up to Jesus for everything

 “Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.” Jeremiah 32:17

             Life Actually is made to revolve around God, and when it takes the wrong course , we run into reverses. God can do anything, and without Him, we can do nothing.

^“ For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. Colossians 1:16

          God has a copyright on all creations in this world. Man merely explores, or makes the discovery.

 

         Once  you are called  as a child of God  with God –as His children ,we should not have any trouble to listen and obey God.

        Happy is the man who can recognizes who holds the whole world the palm of His hands.

 

 

 

Be still, and know that I am God

24 Sunday 2011    Be still, and know that I am God 

 

You are the chosen one. God, the creator of heaven and earth is your Heavenly Father.

He knows you well- and has a blue-print of your life plan.  

God can do any things; no purpose or plans of God in the blue- print  can be let down. 

Read the verse and feel the mighty power of God

 

            “Be still, and know that I am God; 
              I will be exalted among the nations, 
              I will be exalted in the earth.” Psalm 46:10

“. ….For what god is there in heaven or on earth  who can do the deeds and mighty works you do? Deuteronomy 3:24  

You can realize His greatness and His strength ,

 He has power over the nature- No hi-tech or intelligence or research can over -rule God’s plan.

  “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Exodus 14:13-14

What a promise to give us the inner strength.

we may have Egyptians like problems in this world-

Learn to be still and know the power of God.

Whatever may be your circumstances God can untangle the knots.

All the last fortunes may be restored back to you.

 It is true- you will be like a person awakened from a  lovely  dream,to feel that God has done great things.

Read the verse and praise God and know that God is good all the times.

 

“When the LORD restored the fortunes of Zion, 
   we were like those who dreamed, Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy……

   “The LORD has done great things for them.” 

 The LORD has done great things for us, 
   and we are filled with joy. Psalm 126:1-3

 Be assured – God has told you to be still and to see the Power of God.

You can claim the Promise and pray . It is for you

 

“No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life.

As I was with Moses, so I will be with you;

I will never leave you nor forsake you.  

Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them.

23 Saturday2011-  

As a human, with multiplicity of errands like–fear, frustration, uncertainty, risks etc which dominates the mind –leading us with confusion and upsetting our routine- Realize as a child of God you are made in a very special way. You are God’s child The chosen one.

 Have you ever thought about the way, how God created you?

God made you in His own image as a beautiful person.

Bible confirms that. read the verse-            

…… “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, (Genesis 1:26)

  
   ….he who made you, who formed you in the womb, 
       Isaiah 44:2- 

 

……. formed my inward parts;
         God covered you in your mother’s womb.
Praise God, for you are fearfully and wonderfully made;
          your frame was not hidden from God’s sight,
God’s eyes saw you in your mother’s womb. yet unformed.
                  The day you are fashioned you and  me are written, in GOD"S book
              Marvelous are His  works, Psalm 139:13-16

…..He who took me out of my mother’s womb. ..(Psalm 71:6)

 God has made you a special person to fulfill His will - It is rather a privilege…...........

         You are special, don’t ever forget it! 

Never let yesterday's disappointments overshadow   tomorrow's blessings.

Then what makes you to be afraid of?

He upheld since your birth and have carried you since you were born. (Isaiah 46 :3)  

Praise God for his unfailing love and concern.

Thank God with Grateful heart.

…the LORD your God carry you, as a father carries his son.
