David’s Prayer
David praised the LORD in the presence of the whole assembly, saying,
“Praise be to you, LORD,
the God of our father Israel,
from everlasting to everlasting.
Yours, LORD, is the greatness and the power
and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, LORD, is the kingdom;
you are exalted as head over all.
Wealth and honor come from you;
you are the ruler of all things.
In your hands are strength and power
to exalt and give strength to all.
Now, our God, we give you thanks,
and praise your glorious name. 1 Chronicles 29:10-13

This beautiful thanksgiving prayer, is an expression of gratitude. Sometimes it is good, just to stop, praise and to thank God for His goodness, grace and mercy. WE have to learn to lean on God for every thing.God gives power,strength and victory .

- "For great is His love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord." Psalms 117:2
- "The power of God lifts us from sin. Colossians 2:12
- "God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self discipline," (2 Tim. 1:7). Power belongs to God.
- "And the glory of the LORD will be revealed, and all mankind together will see it. For the mouth of the LORD has spoken." Isaiah 40:5. God is characterized by GLORY, it signifies the highest esteem and honor.
- " ... the Lord gave David victory wherever he went." 2 Sam. 8:6
- "For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory." Deut. 20:4 ..
He is worthy of praise due to His greatness; His power, glory, victory and majesty.
Stop for a moment to praise God For He has done vast things and thank God for His goodness, unfailing mercy, everlasting grace.
The blessing of the LORD brings wealth,
without painful toil for it.Proverba10:22
