The best way to deal with a grudge is to stop thinking about the grudge and focus on other important targets in life. This will give us satisfaction and self-worth from accomplishing these goals.
Do not dwell on the grudge-
push ahead and create a satisfying life
we will feel less frustrated , less angry and less tensed
therein our mind is  cleared and lifted out of the grudge

 how to deviate  form Grudging?
  • Divert the focus on taking more responsibility or else
  • resort to a hobby or
  • take a time out from work place or
  • opt for relaxation
  • It will pay you and our need to blame will dissolve.
Do not taint (spoil) your happiness by being ungracious. Hate begets hate. Happiness begets happiness.
Try to improve your behaviour and change your personality traits. It all the mind-set that matters.
Holding a grudge is a mental than physical aspect which includes- a bad relationship, poor self image, abuse, stress, frustration -changes our attitude towards life

Such tendencies are deep-rooted in mind and nurtured by excessive Negative Emotions.
Reduce  the Negative Emotions and try to focus on the enhancement of your inner ability. It is a tough job to do.
God has called us to a higher standard—that is forgiveness. We need to forgive those who have wronged us as quickly as possible, giving up revenge and to hold a grudge.
Jesus told us , "Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him" Mark 11:25

  • 'Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamour and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32
  • 'Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:32
In general we may not be able to forget or forgive so easily but God can give us the strength and He is very willing to help us.
  • 'He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Isaiah 40:29,
  • 'So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10,
  • 'I can do all this through him who gives me strength. Philippianas 4:13,
NOW  turning around to a new side, try to be away from the following:
  • 'Do not be angry, and do not sin': do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil.
  • 'See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many. Hebrews 12:15-16
  • 'Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD. Leviticus 19:18
  • 'A gentle answer turns away wrath,  but a harsh word stirs up anger. 15:1
  • 'Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret—it leads only to evil. For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land. Psalms 37:8-9
  • 'Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you.
  •  Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. Matthew 7:1-5
Adorn yourself with  good qualities.
  • 'But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law Galatians 5:22-23
God bless
