God Is All-Powerful

God Is All-Powerful -Subsequently He can help you with anything, at any time and any where.

God merely uttered a word to create the universe ( which contains more  than 100 billion galaxies.) The entire power of this universe is but a small representation of the unlimited power of God.

 In reality   the combined energy of all forces on earth (such as storms, winds, ocean waves, etc) cannot be equal to, even a fraction of God's almighty power.

"….. You have made the heavens and earth by Your great power. Nothing is too hard for You!" Jeremiah 32:17.

Our God is all powerful.       Praise the Lord.

God's power is inherent and will continue to be His own power for ever. God has  chosen you and  given power , henceforth no harm can touch you.

‘Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you '. Luke 10:19

Any power or authority we have been given (or allotted to us)  by God.

“Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment.” Romans 13:1-2

Since God is all-powerful, He has the ability and strength to accomplish His purpose. Nobody in this whole world can restrain or slow down (or even stand against) His power. People and nations are powerless when dealing with His power. God is in control.

Our amazing God is capable of doing anything for us (as long as we do not disobey or neglect  His word.) 

No task is too big for Him. He never fails.God is faithful.
 And He is never tired, frustrated, or discouraged. He is in constant vigil for 24x7- 365 days- watching over you.

   “…….. he who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep'.Psalm 121:3-4

Our all-powerful Creator cares for us, and He wants to exhibit His power in our lives.- power to save, heal, protect ,provide, and (you can write as you think or want……….)

"When I look at the night sky and see the work of Your fingers-the moon and the stars , You have set in place-what are mortals that You should think of us, mere humans that You should care for us?" Psalm 8:3, 4

•  No matter what you are in, God can help you.

• Nothing is too hard for Him.

• No need is too great for Him to meet.

• No problem is too complicated for Him to solve.

• No foe is too strong for Him to conquer.

•  No prayer is too difficult for Him to answer.

• No matter is tough to be called impossible.

 "By His mighty power at work within us, He is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope" Ephesians 3:20.

If our hearts and motives are pure, clean and we truly seek to do God's will, then there is nothing too difficult for us when we depend on His strength.

"I can do everything through Him who gives me strength" Philippians 4:13.

“Is the LORD’ s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not what I say will come true for you.”  Number 11:23

Rules for blessed living

‘Rules’- rule the universe. Everywhere it is being pushed on us. It is absolutely fine to follow some stringent rules. otherwise ‘unruliness’ will rule our mind and heart.

The consequence will be disastrous and terrible. The young and the old are already have lost their moral and ethical values of life.

I like to present the  Colossians  3:2-17 here as a general rules for a good Christian to follow. 

Since we have accepted Christ as our personal savior- The old is gone(sinful nature) and we are made a new person ( with good qualities)

Read the verses:  Colossians 3:2-17

"since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him(Christ) who created him, where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all

your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.

Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. 

 Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience, in which you yourselves once walked when you lived in them.

•   Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

•  now you yourselves are to put off all these: anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy language out of your mouth.

•  Do not lie to one another,

• bearing with one another

• forgiving one another

• Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved,

• put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering;

• But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.

•  let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body;

•  be thankful.

• Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom,

•  teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,

• singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

•  And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus,

•  giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”  Colossians 3:2-17

Try to uphold these statutes in life.

 Improve your mentality.

 Shun evil and allied things.

 Spread smile-with joy and peace. 

Try to keep your inner self free of guilt. (that’s is more important)

BE cheerful .Make the people around you happy.

Faith brings victory

 Faith is not ‘wishful thinking’ or "walking in the dark" or believing without evidence or without any clue or visualization.

Faith is based on knowledge and inner confidence. The obvious evidence— is the Word of God. God cannot fail. His word cannot be broken and out of order. 

God "does not change like shifting shadows". 

• “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” James 1:17.

 For God nothing is impossible, and nothing can keep him from fulfilling his promises. He is omnipotent. He has a concern for us.

• "With God all things are possible" Matthew 19:26.

Still, a lack of faith can limit, what God is willing to do in our lives. Lack of faith can be a blockage which prevents God to work miracles.

• “Again and again they put God to the test; they vexed the Holy One of Israel. They did not remember his power……. Psalm 78:41

• "anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him" Hebrews 11:6.

• "For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him" 2 Chronicles 16:9.

Read this passage to understand the need for the depth of Faith-

It should be deeper than the mighty ocean.

• "Have faith in God.”I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him" Mark 11:22-2).

• "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you" Luke 17:6.

It conveys a simple message that moving real mountains or trees need not be a regular happening. And need not happen too.

 In reality there is no record of Jesus or the apostles ever applied faith exactly that way.

The point is,the God power regulates the universe. Life (obviously) is filled with obstacles and complications, at all levels, can be more difficult (at times) than a tall mountain.

• Who does not come up against situations, circumstances and problems that are overpowering — tight spots that challenge decision?

• Who does not face injustice, favoritism, pre-conceived notions crossing our lane?

All these- God can move and show us a clean path. 

No obstacle is too great, no barrier too prominent to be leveled before one who seeks God's help in believing prayer.

“Our God, will you not judge them?

For we have no power to face this vast army (our problems) that is attacking us.

We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you.”…………

This is what the LORD says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army.

For the battle is not yours, but God’s……. ….

stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give you, …...

Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.

Go out to face them tomorrow, and

 the LORD will be with you.’ 2 Chronicles 20:12-17

No need to air your grievances and injustice to any human beings. 

 Tell it to your Father and HE will fight for you. 

Praise the Lord.

 Amen.
